I am Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Wingham near Canterbury.

I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to cope with change.

My clients have often tried other approaches to solve their problem but deep down they still feel unhappy or stuck. 

My specialism is anxiety and I particularly enjoy helping peri/menopausal women with anxiety, who feel frustrated with their persistent weight gain and use food as a stress reliever.

They want to: conquer their relationship with food, maintain a healthy body weight for good and find the confidence to handle whatever life throws at them. So that they can finally start enjoying life.
