Lydia is extremely competent and well informed. She organised our recent - amazing - trip to South Africa. She stuck to our budget whilst also giving us options. Lydia not only planned our itinerary but also took care of everything: She researched and secured our flights; she organised wonderful accommodation; created an information pack for us; checked us in; double checked our return flights even...She, or someone from Travel Counsellors was always at the other end of the phone so we were able to sit back and enjoy our holiday to the full. Lydia planned the most incredible holiday for us starting in Cape Town and along the Garden Route. When our flight was delayed by 4 hours, Lydia made sure that we were aware that we could claim compensation and helped us to do this. I just wanted to say that my husband and I were absolutely delighted with the photos that Cemanthe took of us recently at the MS Therapy ball. Neither of us particularly like having our photo taken: we prefer to be behind the camera...I am certain that when our friends see the photo of them, they will be thrilled: it is our Wedding present to them. Cemanthe has a gift for being in the background and taking very natural photos. You can easily see that the people are having fun. She captures the atmosphere in a very memorable fashion.
