A big thanks to Stuart who arrived at my parents house to perform magic for my father's 80th birthday celebrations. Stuart effortlessly mingled and entertained in a way that got party goers attention as they were mesmorised by his repotoire. He managed to keep three generations enthralled with his quick hands and props alike. I would highly recommend having Stuart attend any party or function, he is friendly with a great sense of humour and will make you smile lots.


Stuart presented a superb magic show for a family 40th wedding anniversary celebration via zoom as we were unable to all meet up due to the pandemic. The show was excellent and so well performed - Stuart incorporated the special couple into his grand finale as well as using the kids as assistants. Such good vakue and I would highly recommend especially as something a bit different at the moment


Roger has offered to carry out a health-check for my existing clients in relation to their card facility costs. Roger took the time to analyse and identify unusual processing costs within monthly statements where clients were unaware of the extent and complexity of the charging structure in place. I would recommend having a conversation with Roger where you experience increasing transaction costs as he has access to many providers dependent on your profile and requirements.

I have been working closely with Matt over the past 10 months since joining BoB and have found his client care to be outstanding. He really gets involved with the issues to limit adverse exposure going forward and when involved from the outset can implement excellent control mechanisms to mitigate the chance of problems before they occur. Dave visited my home initially to service our boiler and set the timers as well as assist me with negotiating the headache of the underfloor heating manual. To that end Dave identified some issues with the original install (frost stat) which had resulted in inefficient usage. Dave also suggested a scale control (ACP) as an alternative to fitting a more expensive water softener which involves less installation adjustments to the existing setup but with an extended warranty life too. Whilst on site James identified some issues with my storage and backup procedures and his recommendations have streamlined things since his visit.
